What does the monthly fee include?
Hosting, updates, daily backups and support. The software keeps improving and you never pay for a version upgrade.
Is the setup fee the same for every product?
It starts at $700. It grows only when there is a lot of data to load or paperwork to copy exactly; you get the number in writing before anything starts.
Are there per-user charges?
No. Add as many staff logins as you need.
What if I stop?
You stop paying, and you get an export of your data. Nothing is held hostage.

Who pays for text messages, maps or payment processing?
